About Sonant Hearing Clinic

Sonant Hearing is a family-run private, independent audiology clinic focused on multiple aspects of audiology (aural rehabilitation - hearing aids, diagnostic comprehensive hearing assessments, counselling, auditory processing assessments and therapy, tinnitus, hearing protection) and ear care (ear cleaning, earwax removal, ear microsuction, manual wax removal and ear syringing).  

We are focused on creating an environment where patients feel listened to, heard and well looked after. 

Never rushed or overlooked. We aim to abide by high clinical standards and keep up to date with the latest audiology practices. We are patient-centred and committed to developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our patients.

Why Audiology? 

She had always had a desire to help people. She initially wanted to study medicine , but also wanted to study IT. The practice of Audiology appeared to offer the best of both worlds.  A world where one could combine helping people by assessing, diagnosing and managing people's hearing concerns while using technology. 

Since then she has worked as a Senior Audiologist at a number of NHS Trusts in Adult and Paediatric Specialties. They include; Barnet & Chase, Lewisham, Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells, RNTNE Grays Inn Road, Kings Cross and Kent Community Foundation Trust. Privately she has worked with a number of Private services from BUPA Cromwell Road, Knightsbridge, London to a number of Audiology High Street services in Kent.

As a Regional Coach and Trainer she was responsible for coaching, training and assessing over 30 audiologists across the Kent and South East regions. Her role being to ensure that Clinical excellence was maintained and Best practices in audiology adhered to.
