Since then she has worked as a Senior Audiologist at a number of NHS Trusts in Adult and Paediatric Specialties. They include; Barnet & Chase, Lewisham, Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells, RNTNE Grays Inn Road, Kings Cross and Kent Community Foundation Trust. Privately she has worked with a number of Private services from Cromwell Road, Knightsbridge, London to Audiology High Street services in Kent.

As a Regional Coach and Trainer she was responsible for coaching, training and assessing over 30 audiologists across the Kent and South East regions. Her role being to ensure that Clinical excellence was maintained and Best practices in audiology adhered to.
