At Sonant Hearing Clinic, We offer a Full Hearing Test and a Comprehensive Hearing Test.

With both hearing tests we will always share the results with your GP if there is an outcome that requires onward referral. This is as part of our continuing duty to your hearing health.

⦿Full Hearing Test: This includes a review of your medical history, otoscopy, air and bone conduction hearing test (with masking if applicable).

⦿Comprehensive Hearing Test: This includes a review of your medical history, video otoscopy, air and bone conduction audiometry, (with masking if applicable) tympanometry, speech audiometry and a hearing aid trial if suitable.

⦿Hearing aid assessment: This includes a review of your medical history, video otoscopy, air and bone conduction audiometry, (with masking if applicable) tympanometry and speech audiometry. A lifestyle assessment and uncomfortable loudness level test (ULL). (To ensure your aids stay within their limits! ULL will not be performed for clients with tinnitus.)
