*Charges are applied to hearing aids which are outside of service plan &/or warranty period. If within a Warranty or Service Plan period these charges are waivered. Repairs, service and loan aid services are waivered if purchase is within a service plan with Sonant Hearing. 

Hearing Aid Aftercare Plans all include LIFETIME Annual Recall for Hearing Tests & 5-year manufacturer warranty: 

 - Top Tier - 5yrs - £599 - clinic service, repairs, reviews, hearing tests, 1 Free ear wax removal session

 - Middle Tier - 4yrs - £499 - clinic service, repairs, reviews and hearing tests, 50% off ear wax removal session

 - Standard Level -  2yrs - £299 - clinic service, repairs, reviews and hearing tests.

 - Basic Level - 1yr -  (with all hearing aid purchases) - clinic service, repair and hearing tests. 

These plans are to be considered in addition to Hearing aid purchase prices.

6 month Review - Ear examination, Hearing Aid Check and servicing of microphones, filters, tubing and domes. (£50) This is (£0) if Client is within their service package period.

Annual Review - Full Hearing Test, Ear examination, Medical history re-check, Hearing aid check and servicing of microphones, filters, tubing and domes. With re-programming of aids according to latest hearing thresholds. (£99). This is (£0) if client is within their service package period with Sonant.

Plan is for Clients whom have previously purchased their current aids from Sonant Hearing but are outside service plan period (Pay as you go). Please check Hearing aids under clean and check prices if hearing aids not from Sonant Hearing.

In regard to all therapy appointments: 

The sessions are held at a frequency determined by yourself/the family (ranging from 1 time per week to 1 time per month) for forty-five minutes to an hour. Depending on you or the child’s APD test results, a first round of therapy may suffice.  If you are looking to see results more quickly, we recommend once a week; progress is also possible with fortnightly sessions.
