Medicolegal Audiology Hearing Tests

At Sonant Hearing we offer medico-legal assessments of a high audiological standard. Our hearing tests are conducted in a sound proof booth ensuring very low ambient levels of background noise is permissible. This is accordance with BSA recomendations for compliance. 

We check ID to ensure that we have the correct client. 

We perform otoscopy, medical history (if requested) a full pure tone audiometry with air-conduction, bone conduction and masking applied where necessary. We are also able to provide ear wax removal if needed, thereby saving the client the hassle of looking for another place to cover this need. 

We can provide video otoscopy pictures and perform additional assessments as required including speech recognition tests, speech in noise test, middle ear immitance tests, reflex thresholds tests and more.
