Audiology Business Services

Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) Tests & Auditory Processing Disorder Therapy

• We are not led by a corporate entity, but are a family-run business.

• We provide a comprehensive one-stop hearing clinic to help you, your family (yourself, the children and grandparents!) with all your hearing requirements. We offer hearing protection, comprehensive hearing diagnostic tests, hearing treatment and continuous yearly hearing aid aftercare services.

Prevention-Intervention-Aftercare

• We are run by a qualified, experienced audiologist with experience from the private and NHS sector. We know audiology care in the private and NHS sectors!

• We are proudly independent, with no affiliation or ties to any manufacturer brand. Hence us checking through ALL 6+ Brands to find the right solution for you. We only have your best interests at heart.

• Personal hearing care you can trust: Never rushed, pressured or overlooked.

• We enjoy helping people improve their sense of hearing by using peer-reviewed and evidence-based best practices.

• We offer comprehensive hearing tests that delve deeper past standard practices (see  Private Audiology services) to obtain as much information as possible regarding your hearing, from Auditory processing assessments to Real Ear Measurements. The former helps us ascertain why you really can't hear despite using the best hearing tech or having normal hearing. The latter helps to ensure each hearing device is optimised for your own internal ear acoustics.

• We will take the time to craft the right solution for your Tinnitus, Hearing loss or Custom ear protection. For our Comprehensive hearing tests and Tinnitus Consultations we allow up to 120min (and more if needed!) to truly listen to you and understand you.

• We not only offer the latest hearing technology on the market. We also offer hearing aid adjustments for non-NHS aids under 5 years of age, as sometimes you may prefer to work with what you already have rather than purchase a new pair of hearing aids.

• We offer various bundled and unbundled service package options (see prices) to suit everyone and their unique hearing journeys.

• If you want to test your hearing periodically, we can offer you an annual/six-monthly hearing test service, or however frequently you would prefer. (Hearing Tests)

• Want to find the best means of protecting your hearing? We offer custom hearing protection solutions. (Hearing protection)

• Want just the hearing aid dispensed and nothing else? We can offer you that! (Hearing aids)

• Want your hearing aid repaired? We can help you with that. (Hearing aid repair)

• Want to have a comprehensive regular aftercare service along with your hearing aid? We can offer you that also! (Hearing aid service)

• Want to find out why you can hear but not understand? Or have been diagnosed with auditory processing disorder (APD) but now seek treatment or therapy for APD. (Auditory Processing Disorder Service, Hearing aid adjustments)
