We had a chance to view the improvements from previous technology - Vivante to the latest technology, Moxi- Smile.

There was focus on expanding the personalized experience of the patient with Unitron Smile RIC hearing aids. With patient personalizing technology tools highlighted within the range.

Flex trial:

This allows the device to be programmed for some time to enable a patient to trial the technology and its benefits for their loss.

Log It All:

This provides real-life data on the client’s experience and usage. The patient can better visualise their usage in various listening environments.

Coach Ratings:

Useful for new users of hearing aids. It enables the audiologist to send information to the client through the app. E.g. change wax filters etc.

Success check:

This sends notifications to the audiologist regarding the patient’s current experience with a particular situation – basically, how the patient is getting on with the hearing aids.

Remote Adjustments:

Asynchronous changes made by the audiologist remotely can be sent to the patient for them to apply to their hearing aid. With the option to reverse back to previous settings.

Flex Upgrade:

This allows the patient to move between different units of technology tiers without having to change their device and truly testing each tech tier for it’s benefits from Level 3, level 5, level 7 and level 9.

The new Moxi™ S-R hearing instruments have a water-resistant design. The ChargerGo, as the name states can now be taken on the go so users can enjoy flexible and dependable power, whether at home or on the go.
